About The Position

Position Summary The Parking Supervisor is generally responsible for supervising parking staff for events such as the 2026 BNP Paribas Open, Dr. George Car Show, Coachella, and other events in the area. This position reports to the parking manager. This is a seasonal role from February 1, 2026 and will end on March 30, 2026. This role pays an hourly rate of $22.00 This position will remain open until February 20, 2026.

Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Previous supervisory experince preferred
  • Must have one (1) year previous experience .
  • Core customer communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Must have flexibility to work shifts on weekdays, weekday evenings, weekends, early mornings and late nights and outdoors in all weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in event operations or parking operations is preferred, but not
  • Experience working in the customer service industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain core values while working on property
  • Must be able to legally operate vehicles
  • Inspect parking lots several times throughout day
  • Ensure safe and efficient traffic patterns for all guests
  • Assist m anager with event day operations of parking lots and traffic flow
  • Assist M anager with traffic management program and creating Traffic Command Center in SOC monitoring real-time parking data .
  • Assist M anager with enforcement of employee parking program
  • Ensure event day checklists are follow ed & completed for entirety of event
  • Ensure campus is set up and lots are ready for event
  • Report traffic incidents in lots to manager
  • Perform traffic material/supply inventory along with our parking operati ons
  • Perform inventory management
  • Assist M anager by gathering information to respond to guest inquires and investigate complaints / concerns
  • Assisting w ith the continuous evaluation and adjustment pedestrian and vehicle wayfinding signage program
