Position Summary As a Parking Services Attendant , you will be responsible for directing traffic, assisting guests with any issues that may arise, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests and employees within parking areas. This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 to $17.00. Benefits for PT roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching This position will remain open until December 31, 2025.

Requirements

Prior parking experience strongly preferred
Customer Service abilities are a must
Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact
Ability to multi-task
The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service
Monitoring parking garage for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles
Provide guests with directions and other venue information
Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
Assist daily and monthly parkers with any issues that may arise on site
