About The Position
The Parking Services Attendant is responsible for all aspects of parking lot management including collecting parking fees, providing information to the public, permit enforcement, and security. The role may require directing traffic or moving and parking patrons' cars in lots with double parking. Additionally, Parking Service Attendants will perform lot maintenance tasks such as picking up trash, snow removal, pulling weeds, lawn mowing, raking, salting staircases and sidewalks by hand, and painting. They may also assist with Parking Maintenance duties, which include collecting garbage, cleaning booths, and maintaining vehicles. Job duties may involve maintaining records, permitting patrons, reporting to management, or any other duties required to support the Parking Services unit.
