About The Position

We are proud to introduce the brand-new Security Officer of Parking and Perimeter Operations role. This position plays a critical part in creating a safe and welcoming environment by serving as both the first line of defense, and the first point of contact for our guests. From patrolling designated areas to assisting guests and ensuring operational safety, this role is essential to maintaining the highest standards of service and security. Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• One (1) year of previous Security Officer experience, preferably in a similar resort setting
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Ability to learn, demonstrate proficiency and effectively use defensive tactics and report writing skills

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor all assigned areas on foot, by bicycle, or in a company vehicle
• Serve as a First Responder during emergency situations
• Monitor alarm systems and surveillance cameras
• Write reports detailing daily activities and incidents such as property damage, theft, accidents, or unusual events
• Serve as a Field Training Officer
