About The Position

The Parking Maintenance Cleaner is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all required work and by attaining the utmost in customer satisfaction. In this role you will work, both independently and with a team, to complete all preventative maintenance, service, and repair.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
• Operate and perform both routine and emergency service on a variety of state-of-the-art critical systems
• Knowledge and experience using basic computer applications

Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with internal and external customers
• Monitor and maintain all building systems and mission-critical facilities equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly walkthroughs of customer facilities to identify and address potential issues proactively.
