About the position

Join our team as a Parking Lot Driver at our location in Visalia, CA. This position involves working Friday through Monday on a night schedule, with shifts lasting 10 hours. The starting pay is $17 and up, depending on experience. As a Parking Lot Driver, you will be responsible for servicing a planned route of accounts independently, operating Parking Lot Sweeper equipment, and ensuring the safe operation of the vehicles. You will also perform outdoor tasks such as sweeping shopping plazas and store parking lots, using a leaf blower, and changing trash bags. This role offers a chance to stay active, as you may walk 3-4 miles during your shift. Proper safety equipment will be provided, and you are required to wear appropriate work attire.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned route of accounts independently.
• Operate Parking Lot Sweeper equipment and inspect it daily for safe operation.
• Sweep shopping plazas and store parking lots.
• Use a leaf blower to clear sidewalks and change trash bags.
• Walk 3-4 miles during a shift as part of the job duties.
• Review scheduled routes and ask questions if unclear.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Good Driving Record
• Ability to pass employment and random drug tests
• Ability to follow directions and read maps
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally
• Proper work attire (pants, long-sleeve shirt, and work boots)
