Requirements
- Strong communication skills for interacting with the public.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Traffic and space management: Managing the flow of traffic when needed.
- Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions about parking or local information, and assisting with vehicle-related issues such as jump-starts.
- Lot maintenance and security: Patrolling the lot to prevent theft or damage, reporting suspicious activity, clearing debris, and monitoring for any hazards.
- Enforcement: Monitoring for improperly parked vehicles and calling for tow trucks when necessary.
