Sugarloaf Outside Services and Parking Lot Attendant
About The Position
Sugarloaf is seeking Parking Lot Attendants to join our Outside Services team for the coming winter season. The primary responsibility of this position is to direct guests to park in a safe and efficient manner. Additionally, Parking Lot Attendants greet guests, answer questions regarding Sugarloaf and its surrounding area, and will also help load/unload gear, skis/snowboards and luggage to cars and shuttles. Requirements
- Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to maintain a positive and friendly demeanor in all interactions with guests and fellow employees
- Must be able to exert a moderate level of activity to complete tasks
Responsibilities
- Arrive at work promptly and on time
- Direct guests and employees to appropriate parking locations
- Maintain order in parking lots
- Assist in snow and trash removal throughout the resort
- Exhibit a professional, courteous, and friendly attitude at all times
- Meet service level objectives and department goals as set forth by immediate supervisor
