Shift:

Monday-Friday (6pm-11pm)

Requirements

• Experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Perform regular trash removal from designated areas, including trash cans and loose debris.
• Wipe down glass surfaces such as doors, windows, and entryways.
• Conduct routine patrols inside and around the parking garage to identify and remove litter, debris, or safety hazards.
• Maintain cleanliness of pedestrian walkways, stairwells, and elevator areas within the garage.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including cold, rain, or snow (appropriate gear will be provided).
• Assist with seasonal tasks as needed, such as clearing leaves or snow from walkways around the garage.
