Requirements
- Punctual and reliable
- Computer literate
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 20 pounds occasionally
- Proficient in reading, writing, and conversing in English for form and report completion
Responsibilities
- Control entry and exit of vehicles in the parking garage
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance to automated parking devices
- Interact with the public, providing assistance and information as needed
- Conduct daily cleaning of garage decks and special cleaning projects
- Perform security walks of the facility
