Job Purpose: - To assist the General Manager in the daily operations of the Fast Park facility, ensuring smooth and efficient parking services for customers while maximizing revenue and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves supervising staff, managing customer interactions, overseeing financial transactions, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the parking facility.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in parking operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within the parking industry.
  • Experience with revenue management and financial reporting related to parking operations.
  • Experience handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of parking regulations and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to train and supervise staff effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Ability to operate parking equipment, such as gates and ticket dispensers.

  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the Fast Park facility, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Supervise and train parking attendants, providing guidance on customer service, cash handling procedures, and parking lot management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing assistance with parking-related issues.
  • Manage financial transactions, including cash handling, credit card processing, and daily revenue reconciliation.
  • Monitor and maintain the parking facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of equipment.
  • Enforce parking rules and regulations, issuing citations as needed and addressing any security concerns.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on parking activity, revenue, and expenses.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees.
  • Communicate effectively with the staff and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
