About The Position

The Parking Facilities Supervisor is responsible for the administration and operational supervision of parking facilities and surface lots owned and operated by the City of Orlando. This role involves coordinating parking logistics for events, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, assisting with special parking projects, and maintaining event signage and data. The supervisor will also handle cash and revenue control equipment and work closely with security and vendors.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree and two (2) years of experience in parking, transportation, hospitality, operations, customer service, public service, or event coordination.
• One year of supervisory experience in a service industry.
• Parking Enforcement Specialist Certification required or must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Valid Florida Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Administer and supervise City of Orlando owned and operated parking facilities and surface lots.
• Coordinate parking logistics for events at various downtown venues including the Kia Center and Exploria Stadium.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels for daily operations and events.
• Assist with special parking projects and maintain event signage and data.
• Handle, balance, and maintain cash and revenue control equipment.
• Collaborate with Garage Security, first responders, and contract vendors.
