About The Position

The Parking Event Day Staff position at Hard Rock Stadium involves providing excellent customer service during various events, including Miami Dolphins games and concerts. Team members will assist with parking operations, ensuring a smooth ingress and egress experience for attendees. This part-time role requires working in a fast-paced environment and handling cashless transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in all weather conditions.
• Ability to bend, stand, lift 15-30 lbs., and maneuver throughout the stadium parking lots for long periods of time.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cashier experience preferred.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check the authenticity of parking passes and remove stubs as vehicles enter the stadium lots.
• Direct vehicles to their proper parking locations during events.
• Handle handheld devices for credit card transactions and parking pass scanning.
• Provide a positive customer service experience during events.
