About The Position

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to parking customers by answering questions about where to park and directions.
• Patrol parking lots to ensure compliance with parking policies.
• Count and monitor available parking spaces.
• Submit daily reports to building administration and management.
• Write and issue parking violations to customers and employees who violate parking policies.
• Communicate debris, water, oil spills, and safety hazards to local office as needed.
• Patrol parking areas on foot in all types of weather conditions.
