Parking Control Room Assistant - Floater
About The Position
The Control Room Assistant maintains the efficient flow of traffic within the parking garage using a computer-operated control panel to open and close entrance and exit lanes as assigned by the manager. Pay: $17.34 per hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year of similar experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, which are initiated by the "help" button on pay machines
- Assist customers or cashiers with needs related to entrance and exit protocol
- Provide daily activity reports to the manager
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
