Winpark Parking Attendant
About The Position
Winpark is currently hiring Parking Attendants for Full-time opportunities to start immediately. What we're looking for: Issue tickets to customers and ensure all required information is accurately recorded. Handle exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) following company policy, including completing the relevant forms. Being an active and engaging team member with a positive attitude Provide the company's standards of service with every customer interaction including... Maintaining the required uniform appearance at all times. Stating the company greeting and additional information/directions. Answering customers questions and resolving customer issues promptly. Thanking customers sincerely upon their departure. Be prepared to be on your feet and active throughout the shifts, standing walking, and occasionally assist with items weighing up to 50lbs. Assisting with any other special projects assigned by location manager.
Requirements
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
- Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone you meet.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way.
