About The Position
We are looking for hardworking team members with an eye for detail and a commitment to ensuring our parking facilities are well cared for and spotless. In this role, you’ll be a key member of our parking operations team in Grand Forks, ND. Requirements
- Exceptional professionalism and attention to detail.

- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

- Comfortable with using new technology.
- Minimum age of 21 to drive for Interstate Parking per our Insurance Carrier.
- Valid Regular Driver’s License with current insurance and a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of your assigned facilities.
- Patrol Parking Facilities: Track and record violations, recommending additional actions as necessary (e.g., towing, emergency assistance, etc.).
- Manage and resolve guest issues quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
