Position Summary This Parking Attendant position is committed to providing World Class Service to Liberty Park Parking Lots for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection and safeguarding of Guests and Employees and their vehicles. This position is committed to providing a positive first impression with World Class Service. The position requires physical activity including standing and walking for long hours. This role pays an hourly rate of $11.00-$15.00 Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until June 12, 2026 . About the Venue Liberty Park is a multi-use sports and entertainment district in Memphis built on the historic Mid-South Fairgrounds site. The campus features Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium , the Memphis Sports & Events Center , and multiple outdoor athletic fields, hosting youth and amateur sports tournaments, University of Memphis football games, concerts, and large-scale community events. Liberty Park serves as a major hub for sports tourism and large event operations in the Mid-South.

Requirements

  • Prior parking experience preferred.
  • Customer Service and the ability to work credit card machines are a must.
  • Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • The ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots.
  • Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering World Class Service.
  • Monitoring parking lots for safety and security of guests and employees and vehicles.
  • Provide guests with directions and other campus information.
  • Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces.
  • Ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot.
  • Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts.
