About The Position

Winpark is currently hiring Parking Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately. What we're looking for: Issue tickets to customers, recording the required information on each ticket. Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit. Process exception transactions (e.g., lost tickets, grace period tickets, etc.) according to company policy, including completing the applicable form. Carefuly document and record all garage access badge scans Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including maintaining the required uniform appearance, answering questions, resolving issues and thanking each customer upon exit. May be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks according to the company’s maintenance checklists.
