About The Position

This role requires individuals who are comfortable working outdoors on their feet for extended periods, confidently approaching guests, and maintaining a friendly, professional, and reliable presence in a fast-paced event environment. Responsible for managing vehicle flow, maximizing parking capacity, and processing parking payments using portable handheld devices to ensure safe, efficient, and positive guest experiences.

Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Comfortable being on feet for long periods
Confident approaching and interacting with customers
Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
Ability to work efficiently in high-traffic environments

Nice To Haves

Experience with cashier service, event parking or guest services preferred

Responsibilities

Direct vehicles into designated parking areas
Safely guide drivers into spaces, including non-striped or dirt lots
Maintain traffic flow and prevent congestion
Monitor lot capacity and communicate when nearing full
Set up and remove cones, signage, and barricades
Collect parking payments using portable handheld payment devices
Assist guests with parking-related questions and directions
Coordinate with team members via radio or other communication tools
Enforce parking rules and safety procedures
Wear a reflective safety vest and utilize light wands provided by the venue while on duty
