About The Position

Propark Mobility is seeking Parking Attendants for full-time and part-time opportunities at the Moda Center in Portland, OR. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to provide customer resolution in a professional manner.

Nice To Haves

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct patrons where to park and assist when spaces are full.
• Collect payment through cash, credit card, or validation, securing cash according to company procedures.
• Provide correct change for cash transactions and issue receipts for all fee transactions.
• Complete daily shift paperwork, recording transactions, vehicles in and out, and validated tickets.
• Maintain a neat and orderly cashier booth, free of debris and trash.
• Provide excellent customer service, including maintaining uniform appearance and greeting customers.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and thank customers upon exit.
• Complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by management.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by location management.
