Parking Attendant/Customer Service Representative PCI San Francisco – San Francisco, CA Overview Salary Range $26 Hourly/FULL TIME + Benefits (Non-Union) Anticipated shift 10am – 6:30pm Key Duties and Responsibilities Directing Vehicles: Guide drivers to available parking spaces, manage traffic flow, and prevent congestion. Customer Assistance: Help patrons locate their vehicles, provide information about parking facilities, and assist with entry/payment and exiting related issues. Cash Handling and Ticketing: Collect parking fees, issue tickets or numbered tags, and manage cash registers or payment systems. Safety and Security: Monitor parking areas for suspicious activity, prevent theft or damage, patrol lots, and report hazards. Facility Maintenance: Keep parking areas clean, orderly, and free of debris; inspect for compliance with parking regulations. Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and service the automated parking equipment and have a full and complete understanding of the system, trouble shooting, basic repairs, etc. Basic home repair skills, strong understanding of the internet and networking helpful. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required.
