Parking Attendant Ambassador
About The Position
Legacy Parking is a rapidly growing Parking Management Company in search of a hardworking, outgoing and motivated Attendant to join our team in the Miami Beach area! This will be a seasonal position to start Primary Responsibilities: Direct and manage vehicle traffic at garage entrances, exits, and key congestion points Provide guidance to drivers to help locate available parking spaces Monitor garage capacity and communicate updates to the team Support pedestrian safety by helping to maintain clear walkways and crosswalks Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries Communicate with team members and supervisors to report issues or needs in real time
Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and be outdoors for the duration of the shift
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or fast-paced situations.
- Excellent verbal communication and people skills
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
- Previous experience in parking and traffic control is strongly encouraged
