In this role, you will act as the primary liaison among clients, the Parking and Guest Services Assistant, and Advantage management, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and effective coordination to meet client needs and support operational efficiency. You will support the client’s onsite team assisting with parking operations and visitor services on the client’s campus. This role will help direct vehicles to designated parking areas, ensure client employees are parked in appropriate locations, report violators to the client’s onsite team, and provide visitors with maps and directions to client buildings. In addition, you will assist by offering electric bikes or bikes, collecting them from buildings on campus throughout the day and riding them back to the proper locations.
