About The Position
The Parking Analyst will manage analytics on income and payroll for 13 total sites. This is a part-time position working day shifts, based out of our Sacramento ABM office. The analyst will be responsible for putting together key performance indicator tracking monthly, reconciling various bank accounts, recording payments made, and assisting in the compilation of monthly statements. This Parking Analyst will report to the Project Manager and the Branch Manager in aiding with the finances of a total of 13 public parking properties totaling 3,000 parking spaces and 16 staff including 3 managers. These facilities include 5 self-park garages, 2 self-park surface lots, 3 valet parking garages, and 3 facilities that operate nights and weekends or by event only. One facility is in Redwood City, two in Brisbane, and the rest in downtown San Francisco.
