Overview The Parking Ambassador position is committed to providing World Class Service for all Centennial Yards Parking Assets, for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection and safeguarding of Guests and Employees and their vehicles. The position requires physical activity including standing, walking, and climbing stairs.

Requirements

Prior parking experience strongly preferred
Customer Service and Technology Handling abilities are a must
Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact
Ability to multi-task
Must have reliable transportation
The ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekends
The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances
Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift a maximum of 25 pounds with or without
Ability to visually observe close, distance, and peripheral

Responsibilities

Provide guests with directions and other venue information
Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
Ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot
Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner
Cash Handling-collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cash
Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests’ and employees’ parking lots
