About The Position

We are looking for hardworking team members with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. In this part-time role, you’ll be an important part of our parking operations team, serving the River and Downtown Zones in beautiful New Braunfels, TX. ParkNBTX is part of Interstate Parking, a rapidly growing managed parking solutions company headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We have over 650+ team members, operating 400+ locations and managing more than 85,000 parking spaces across markets from California to Indiana. Requirements

• Reliable, professional individuals with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Comfortable using smartphones and digital tools.
• Minimum age of 18 (insurance requirement for driving).
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and enforce parking rules in ParkNBTX zones, including issuing citations when necessary.
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service to residents, visitors, and business owners.
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, including light custodial tasks like litter removal.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and assist with towing logistics when needed.
• Support special events and community engagement efforts as assigned.
