About The Position

Parking Ambassador Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth traffic flow, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a safe and clean parking environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage cash transactions
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors
• Problem-solving skills and security awareness
• Outdoor environment, all weather conditions
• Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service or cashier roles preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct vehicles to available parking spaces
• Issue tickets or tags and process payments accurately
• Monitor parking areas for security, safety, and compliance
• Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and minor vehicle issues
• Maintain cleanliness and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions
• Support traffic control during peak hours or special events
