About The Position

As a Parking Ambassador at MGM Resorts International, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional parking services. Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
• Has a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent educational experience
• Has 6+ months of guest service experience
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate
• Is able to work effectively in various weather conditions
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Has a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at parking entrance while providing courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic parking services
• Meet the demands of a fast-paced environment by following all protocols and using good judgment to assist with regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion and delays
• Serve as an ambassador for the property, be knowledgeable of all hotel services/features/offerings, and familiar with local attractions/activities/events in order to respond to guest inquiries accurately
• Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise refer to the supervisor on duty
• Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security for further investigation
• Perform other job-related duties as requested
