About The Position

We are seeking a Parking Account Manager to take ownership of daily parking garage and lot operations across one or more client locations. As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the on-site leader responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team performance, and customer satisfaction at several parking locations in Downtown Columbus. This is a hands-on role requiring oversight of team leads, parking ambassadors, and a strong focus on communication and safety. Management Training Program Details: As a management trainee, you can count on this program to prepare you to create your ideal career (regardless of the industry!) Training completion will take between 60 – 90 days (depends on current experience.) The compensation package includes benefits such as weekly pay, performance bonuses, and much more. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of leadership or operational experience (parking, hospitality, or service industry experience = bonus points)
  • Strong communication, time management, and tech skills (Google Apps, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to lead by example and drive performance across a team
  • A flexible schedule and willingness to average 40-45 hours/week
  • Required availability during hours of operation, Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm.
  • Although rare, must have the ability to assist on an on-call basis in case of location emergencies or major issues resulting in client dissatisfaction.
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work.
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • All candidates must complete a background and motor vehicle record check after a conditional offer has been made
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no significant infractions

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive, parking, or car wash industries
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Shift Leads, Team Leads, and front-line staff
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies
  • Complete daily general maintenance and janitorial needs at properties
  • Enforce parking compliance in parking garages and lots
  • Onboard, train, and coach new hires and promote top talent
  • Collaborate with building security and property management teams
  • Manage schedules, revenue tracking, and operational reporting
  • Resolve client and customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Own the financial performance of your location(s), including budgets and end-of-month reconciliations
  • Implement safety protocols and continuous improvement practices
  • Conduct performance check-ins, disciplinary meetings, and team updates
