The Parker Leadership Development Program is designed for individuals entering the Project Management career track, offering a two-year rotation in a Program Planning and Control (PP&C) Associate analyst role. Participants will gain hands-on experience in key project management practices, including cost, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management, while working alongside experienced project managers.
