About The Position

• Repairs throughout the community as needed
• Performing basic troubleshooting of equipment problems and reporting them to
supervisors for repair
• Greeting visitors, answering questions about facilities and providing
directions and assistance

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be able to pass background check
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Must be able to adapt to changing circumstances
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of gate equipment and safety measures
• Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor
