(Part-Time) Park Maintenance Worker (Afternoon Shift)

About The Position
Work activities in this position involve the custodial maintenance and basic maintenance of buildings, other park structures and signs. The employee cleans and maintains restrooms and picnic shelters throughout the park, and also cleans Office and Maintenance Buildings.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work varied hours.
- Ability to traverse sandy, marshy or wooded areas with even or uneven terrain.
- Ability to get along with co-workers, supervisors, and park visitors.
- Will be required to work assigned Special Events, Weekends, Evenings and Holidays.
- Will be required to adjust schedule to meet organizational needs.
- Ability to perform essential duties.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
- Ability to load, unload and move materials from one location to another.
Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains restrooms and picnic shelters throughout the park.
- Cleans Office and Maintenance Buildings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Benefits
- up to a $5.75 per hour retention bonus for all hours worked from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
