Kentucky Dam Village, the premier hotel resort and state park on Kentucky Lake, is currently seeking a Park Worker II for our Front Desk. This position is an ideal opportunity for an organized and reliable hospitality professional who enjoys interacting with guests in a dynamic environment. As a member of our front desk team, you will: Ensure guests check in and out smoothly and efficiently Answer customers’ inquiries and resolve any complaints Ensure that all transactions comply with established policies and procedures Assist with day-to-day tasks and operations of the hotel and resort Provide exceptional customer service to all guests Assist with addressing guests’ needs (i.e. maintenance requests, housekeeping, etc.) We seek an individual with: A valid driver’s license Proven customer service experience A good command of the English language Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
