Join Parkview Behavioral Health Institute as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. This role involves providing a full range of assessment, psychotherapeutic, and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families receiving care from the Parkview Behavioral Health Institute. The position requires developing and maintaining consultative and liaison relationships with a range of internal and external caregivers, and providing emergency services as required.

  • Provide assessment, psychotherapeutic, and counseling services to children, adolescents, and families.
  • Develop and maintain consultative and liaison relationships with internal and external caregivers.
  • Provide emergency services as required.
  • Complete job duties autonomously.
  • Interpret and analyze medical and social history information.
  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or other related mental health field.
  • Active, Associate License or Temporary License required.
  • Ability to bill independently for services rendered.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of a computer.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds shared lifting.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate and resolve conflict.
  • Strong work ethic built on proactivity and teamwork.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity with structured problem-solving techniques.
