About The Position

Join our team as a Park Attendant Lead! Under general supervision, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an accurate inventory of rental equipment and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our marina. This position involves conducting sales and rental transactions while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One (1) year of related work experience and/or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively.
• Strong communication skills to interact with co-workers, supervisory staff, and customers.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
• Criminal background and driving record checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate inventory of rental equipment (boats, motors, safety gear, etc.) and items for resale.
• Ensure the marina is safe and clean at all times.
• Conduct sales and rental transactions using cash and/or credit.
• Verify customer identification and assist customers as needed.
• Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the marina operating smoothly.
• Work flexible hours, typically outside of those of direct supervision.
