PARK AIDE (SEASONAL)

About the position

The Park Aide will be required to support interim events, State Fair, and work alternate schedules at times (weekends, nights, etc.). Incumbent will be required to apply basic knowledge in the area of janitorial and event set up. Incumbent will be expected to respond to direction from various sources throughout the facility during and in between events.

Responsibilities

• Support interim events and the State Fair.
• Work alternate schedules including weekends and nights.
• Apply basic knowledge in janitorial services and event setup.
• Respond to direction from various sources during and between events.

Requirements

• Valid California Drivers License (CDL).
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
• Ability to operate heavy motorized vehicles.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and with airborne dust, fumes, vapors, chemicals, medical waste, and blood borne pathogens.
