St. Andrew Parish in Holts Summit is receiving applications for the position of Parish Secretary. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparing and printing the weekly parish bulletin, facilitating parish financial accounting in collaboration with the diocesan finance office, managing the parish website and Facebook page, managing the scheduling of parish facilities, communicating with parish leadership groups, coordinating the annual Catholic Stewardship Renewal, communicating with maintenance contractors, maintaining sacramental record books, and other tasks as assigned by the Pastor. Up to 25 hours per week; some set hours and some flexible hours. Benefits include participation in the diocesan retirement plan, and annual vacation and sick time. Health insurance not included.
