The individual has experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with mental health professionals in service of their coaching responsibilities. In addition, a successful candidate is passionate about providing services to populations that are primarily bilingual and bicultural. The Parent Wellness Coach Manager plays a critical role in strengthening the connection between families, schools, and community through team leadership, staff development, and direct service. This position is responsible for designing, launching, and sustaining a parent focused wellness and coaching program that empowers caregivers, improves family engagement, and supports positive student outcomes. The Parent Wellness Coach Manager partners closely with parents, caregivers, school staff, and community providers to ensure families feel supported, informed, and connected. Through individual and group coaching, program development, and relationship building, the coach helps parents identify strengths, set meaningful goals, and navigate challenges related to their child’s education, health, and overall family wellbeing. This role requires a self-starter who is comfortable building innovative programs, working in evolving environments, and serving as a trusted bridge between school systems and families. This is a Fixed Term – 4-year contract.
