About The Position
Average hourly rate is $25.89 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) Make a difference in the lives of children and families! We're seeking a compassionate and driven Parent Support Specialist to provide parenting education, coaching, and resource navigation. This role involves home visits, community outreach, and collaboration with families to build resilience and promote healthy development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in social work, psychology, or related field
- 1+ year experience with children/families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
