About The Position
TFI Family Services has an exciting opportunity for you as a Full-Time Parent Partner. In this role, you will support parents and caregivers working to reintegrate their children into their homes. You will visit families in their homes to teach parenting skills, offer support, and help them complete case plan tasks. Additionally, you will connect families to valuable community resources and collaborate with Permanency Case Teams to help families meet their goals.
