About The Position

The Parent Partner Specialist position is designed for individuals with prior success as a mentor within the Parent Partner program. This role involves dual responsibilities: offering support to parents during Child Safety Conferences and providing guidance to new Parent Partners on topics such as strategic sharing and the Building a Better Future training model. Become master trainers of the Building Better Future training model. Attend ongoing Service Area Steering Committee meetings, State Advisory and contract related meetings. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a fully trained Parent Partner
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
