The Parent Educator will work independently under the minimal supervision of the Program Director. This role involves providing parent education courses for parents and caregivers, which can be conducted in-person or online. The Parent Educator will facilitate a series of 9-session parenting courses and may also be required to deliver one-time presentations on various parenting topics within the local community. Additionally, the Parent Educator will be responsible for completing necessary paperwork and facilitating after-class debriefing sessions with children's program staff as needed. Training will be provided to ensure adherence to a fully developed parent education model.
