About The Position
We are seeking a Parent Educator/Case Manager to join our HOPES Program. As a Parent Educator/Case Manager, you will Shine Hope as you deliver services based on the Parent as Teachers Program model, including home visits, parent support groups and periodic developmental screenings to eligible client families. You will provide families with information regarding child development and effective parenting techniques with sensitivity to cultural and socio-economic needs of each client. You will also positively present this program and the need for such programs to the local community, and serve as a resource for program collaboration, the community, and other BCFS programs.
