Requirements

• You LOVE to have fun, give high fives, and can play like a kid!
• Experience in child development, early education, or gymnastics is a bonus.
• Great customer service and hospitality skills.
• Positive attitude and infectious energy.

Responsibilities

• Introducing kids (and their grown-ups!) to the SERIOUS FUN of education and play in The Little Gym’s unique, movement-based learning environment.
• Leading engaging classes using our proven curriculum (Don’t worry—we’ll train you to be a pro!)
• Creating a warm, welcoming, and fun space where kids can build confidence and skills each week.
• Providing an unforgettable experience for families—because at The Little Gym, our members are like family!
• Treating each class like it’s the most important one—because to that child, it is!
