Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues. Parcel Pickers prepare and package customer product in a safe and efficient manner while following the instruction of the Line Lead and Quality Lead. Will follow corporate and site specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.   The Parcel Picker's primary purpose is to perform production work such as packaging materials and verifying items for accuracy before packing. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard OPH (orders per hour) by client and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands. Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 5:30pm Compensation: $17.20 Shift Differential:

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • 3 Years of experience in a warehouse/distribution environment

Nice To Haves

  • Operational experience preferred
  • Understand SAP & experience working with a variety of WMS
  • Knowledge of ERP/MRP Warehouse Management Systems
  • Bilingual, English & Spanish
