About The Position

The Paratransit Supervisor at CityLink is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of Paratransit services. This role involves coordinating van drivers, ensuring efficient transportation for passengers, and providing excellent customer service. The supervisor will also work closely with safety, training, and maintenance departments, while educating passengers on policies and procedures.

Requirements

• CDL or Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (needs to obtain CDL)
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
• Must be able to perform all bus/van operator duties (within six months of position)
• Must be able to perform all duties of a dispatcher (within six months of position)
• Supervising experience of 3 years

Nice To Haves

• Management reporting experience of 1 year
• Experience in Paratransit Management

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of Paratransit services
• Coordinate and schedule van drivers for efficient transportation of passengers
• Work closely with the safety/training and maintenance departments
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, addressing any concerns or issues
• Oversee the education of passengers on the Paratransit policies and procedures
• Coordinate schedules and routes for van drivers
• Assist with van driving duties as needed
• Write reports and maintain accurate records of transit activities
