We offer: A fun and supportive environment providing door through door services A role where you can interact and make a difference in a life Paid training and growth opportunities Employee Discounts including TMobile, Boulder Rec Center & more As a Paratransit Driver you will safely operate a paratransit vehicle and transport passengers across the Denver Metro area, while adhering to Vias Standard Operating Procedures. In this role you will work closely with dispatch on scheduling and routes where you will be responsible for communicating and assisting passengers with disabilities and special needs. We have 4 full-time opportunity available: Monday-Thursday: 8:15am-6:00pm Two Openings Tuesday- Friday: 8:15am-6:00pm Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5:30pm Starting pay is $22.39 per hour with annual increases, with opportunity for safety bonuses.

Requirements

  • 19 years old or older with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Possess a valid Colorado Drivers License in good standing
  • Reliable work history with strong punctuality and attendance
  • Greet passengers and maintain a safe environment
  • Must pass & maintain DOT & job skills physical, random drug testing, and ongoing Motor Vehicle Records checks

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a paratransit vehicle and transport passengers across the Denver Metro area, while adhering to Vias Standard Operating Procedures.
