Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• At least three years of experience with a valid driver’s license and state/vehicle-specific driver credentials.
• Ability to assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle safely.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver assistive devices or wheelchairs.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
• Pass a required physical exam including a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical.
• Successful results of a background check and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
• Clear pre-employment drug test results.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with seniors and/or adults with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Transport members safely during their time in your care.
• Assist members with on- and off-boarding and any special needs during transport.
• Ensure the company vehicle is clean, obstacle-free, and in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.
