About The Position
Maranatha Christian Academy is seeking a full-time paraprofessional to support the educational program by assisting supervisors in coordinating daily activities and programming for lower school students. The role involves working constructively with students, providing creative play opportunities, and ensuring a safe and supportive environment. The paraprofessional will also supervise students during transitions and after school, while mentoring them and teaching conflict resolution skills.
